Business Scaling Process.

1 — Talent Sourcing & Selection.

After we fully understand your company’s needs, we offer a fully customized process, carefully evaluating coders through rigorous filters including language, skills and your company’s values to ensure the perfect fit for your project. For each position, we usually present you a set of 2-4 coders for you to evaluate.

Hiring & Onboarding.

Once you select your coders, we’ll set the Hiring date and terms, prepare the Onboarding process and get everyone ready. We ensure the team’s engagement from day one, immersing them into your organization’s culture, and preparing them to contribute at the desired level as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Paperwork, Payroll & Benefits.

We’ll take care of all the paperwork so you don’t have to worry about anything. Additionally, you can also share your relevant documents with us and we’ll mirror them with the coders as needed. We make sure our coders receive a highly competitive salary and benefits package to ensure constant motivation.

Performance Assessments.

If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it. Every certain time, usually every 6 months after the coders start working with you, we will run performance assessments based on the goals established at the beginning of the project. We work with SMART goals to make sure every objective and milestone is correctly determined, worked on, and achieved.

Monitoring & Reporting.

Monitoring is one of our service pillars. It will make the difference between success and failure. We not only monitor performance, but also work environment, job satisfaction, among other key indicators. By effectively monitoring we can be aware of the staff effectiveness and enable constant improvement. Then, we’ll present you our findings and action plans on a cyclical basis.
