English proficiency: Good communicator – need to be able to explain complicated technical
concepts. Experience working with other primary English speakers.
Working hours: 5 hours overlap with EST
Technical requirements:

1. 5+ years of backend engineering experience working on services hosted on AWS with
   Linux
2. Most recent 4+ years of professional experience in (C# or Java) & (Python or Node.JS)
   Must haves (candidates will NOT get a first round interview without meeting ALL of
   these):
3. 2+ years of recent experience in a small engineering team (e.g., at a startup)
4. 2+ years maintaining services in production (SRE)
